Old building but clean, housekeeping very accommodating. No extras. Just basic
While staying at this hotel, I contracted Bed Bugs. Unfortunately, I did not notice the bites until I had already left the property. The staff was beyond rude and denied any responsibility for the bites. They ran an “investigation” but did not show any proof of the report. I was met with extreme unprofessionalism and a lack of compassion. My pregnant wife then went on to be bitten, to which they also claimed no responsibility for. Great price, government, and military rate. 2 nights, $340.
This hotel is all about location. It's in a great spot in Jupiter. Restaurants and bars really close by and it's across the street from the baseball stadium. Rooms are a bit dated. And it's typical Courtyard service. Not like a big boy Marriott.
