Rooms are sticky and smell like mildrew. If you want to do laundry you better have laundry pods and cash because they dont have either, despite being told they do. Hotel is under renovations and hallways are either blocked or crowded with construction.
When we arrived at hotel, they could not find our reservation despite showing them our email stating our reservation. They put it on us to solve the problem. When I showed the front desk attendant that we had booked through a third party, she was extremely rude and unhappy that we didn’t book directly through the hotel. She kept telling me it was cheaper to book through the hotel, even though it was at least $30 more for a room. Old building but clean, housekeeping very accommodating. No extras. Just basic
While staying at this hotel, I contracted Bed Bugs. Unfortunately, I did not notice the bites until I had already left the property. The staff was beyond rude and denied any responsibility for the bites. They ran an “investigation” but did not show any proof of the report. I was met with extreme unprofessionalism and a lack of compassion. My pregnant wife then went on to be bitten, to which they also claimed no responsibility for.
