Overall, this hotel is quite good, but surprisingly, it only has one elevator.
The rooms are dimly lit and not very clean. The TV remote batteries did not work. The tiny fridge was turned all the way up to 7 the highest temperature possible so the fridge was not cold for our items upon arrival. The fridge cabinet handle was broken. The beds are lumpy and the linens are worn. The AC sounds like it’s ready for take off, super noisy, old and sounds like it could break down any minute.
