Called ahead of time to verify that the pool was heated and the receptionist said yes. Arrived with my kids ready to swim to find out the pool was ice cold in March. The $20 pp Buffett breakfast is what most hotels would consider a free continental breakfast. I normally don’t leave reviews but would like to warn anyone traveling. The rooms were spacious and clean. A bit outdated but nice. There’s a nice outdoor area with a few games. Overall a bit disappointing since my kids were super excited about the pool.

Great location and super nice rooms, clean and spacious. This is true value when compared to other hotels nearby.. quite tough to secure a room during peak seasons .., won’t be disappointed

We had an amazing stay at Courtyard Lake Powell. Honestly we regret it was only one night. We would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the hotel and the great service from their employees. Everybody was super attentive to us. Special mention to Bryson at the restaurant, he was very busy because he was taking care of all the tables and the bar (I think the hotel needs another employee there btw), yet he took great care of us. The hotel is conveniently located near everything to do in Page. The views are just stunning and the hotel is situated to really take advantage of the beautiful sunsets! The staff is superb and attentive. The breakfast is terrific! The amenities of the hotel are very nice with an excellent pool, small bar area and a good restaurant. We highly recommend if you are coming to Page.
