I just checked in this hotel for a 6 day stay. I’ve stayed here before and loved it, that’s why I came back. When I get upstairs to check my room I’m immediately disappointed. The room is way smaller than the last time I was here. It’s very uncapped. It has a terrible view and it’s super small for a six day day. I called down to the front office to ask them to switch me to something else and the lady says I need a reason to be swapped to a new room even though I haven’t used anything in this room.
