I truly don't understand why this hotel got so many no so great reviews. We loved our room! Everything was clean,staff was very nice and the location is perfect! We will definitely be back very soon!

Daivon saved the day! We were in town for the weekend and our original hotel reservation at another location was a disaster. Daivon got us in quickly and saved the weekend. The hotel itself was lively and clean, Daivon was helpful, personable, and accommodating. 10/10. Thank you Daivon!!
Due to an unexpected medical event, we were unable to complete our trip to New Castle, DE. Due to some administrative snafu, Manager Lisa was unable to cancel our reservation, forcing us to pay for a night that we cannot use, with zero accommodation such as a hotel credit. She was, in fact, unable to even come to the phone and instead communicated this to me via a receptionist. Terrible service and disappointing from Marriott.
This picture speaks for itself. I plan on making a formal complaint. These rooms look clean to the naked eye but when looking close, you’ll find crumbs and remnants from bugs. I won’t mention the type of bug that was found because we all know what this is.
