This location deserves probably a minus review. Beat and run down place and shabby. Staff is not professional at all. There was internet outage for a day and the staff really didn’t take any ownership and blamed on area outage. My business partner stayed in the hotel next door and he had full internet . The lady at Bistro had no interest to be there and coffee machine did not work and forced me to buy a latte and made a cold one. Spending a week at the "Marriott Bonvoy" and I'll never come back and I highly recommend everyone to avoid it at all costs. The girls at the front desk are superb, and that's about all. The bathroom has dark mold in between the tiles and drain. Housekeeping doesn't really care if they get to your room or not. This place is like lipstick on a pig, you can dress it up to look nice but that's about it. The "store" to buy products is just a small room with a few items. Pathetic. Giving this place 5's across the board because of the amazing Ashley, who was working at the front desk on 10/5/25. I was traveling for work, and even though everything was showing up confirmed on my end, the hotel didn't have any record. It was an incredibly annoying and aggravating situation, but Ashley was so kind and understanding. This used to be an awesome hotel and we've stayed there many times. Our last stay this past Friday, I was so disappointed about it's appearance. We had ants in our room I must of killed 40-50 on the desk and my purse had ants in it. The floors are dirty and stained. For a hotel that is located in such a convenient and nice area to see it so dirty is a real disappointment.
