Call the establishment in Mishawaka Indiana December 4th at 12:36 at night time The person working behind the counter was very very disrespectful asking how much the rooms are we don't got none can I get a price when they will be none will be available until Sunday still couldn't get a price you guys need to hire somebody else
Nice friendly hotel, staff were awesome. Rooms we're ok, only compliant was the mattress needed replacing. I would return though
Booked two rooms and pre paid for both and ended up being charged more for the 2nd room. Talked to the Manager and he wasn’t helpful. Ended up with multiples additional charges on my card and they put my customer in a room that they charge less for and still up charged me for the double bed room even though the hotel wasn’t sold out. They are not interested in customer service or helping a customer. They are only interested in charging you as much as they can and then some apparently. Book somewhere else.
Clean. Good service. Coffee NOT included with the continental ‘breakfast’… only option is an over priced one at the bar/restaurant… other than that not bad.
