After a long and exhausting day, we checked in around midnight and received the warmest and most wonderful welcome from Julie. She greeted us with a big smile and even a lovely gift. It was exactly the kind of welcome we needed after such a tiring day. Thank you so much, Julie, for making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived!
Terrible experience. There was no hot water to take a shower. The entire hotel was out of hot water. We had to get on the road with no shower. We paid for a breakfast, then were told we had to pay more. The pullout beds are “unsleepable” Our son had to sleep in our bed (we paid for the pullout bed). There was another person’s dirty clothes in our room when we arrived. Definitely made us question there cleaning process. The staff was nice, but admitted that everyone complains. The staff was nice and courteous so there’s nothing wrong in that department but this by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve been to. Every part of the hotel is filthy. The only place that’s not dirt filled is the front area. If it wasn’t so late in the night I would have never stayed here ever. I slept on top of the sheets with my full clothes on. I won’t not recommend this hotel at all. Just sleep in your car.
DO NOT STAY HERE. My husband needed to stay here for work and when he got back from a long day outside working, there was no hot water. After calling the front desk they lied and said "a large group just checked in" He thought ok ill give them the benefit of the doubt and wait a little bit. After about an hour he checked again, still no hot water, not even warm. He messaged the front desk at 7:55pm via the app. No messages were answered as to what the problem was.
