I have been staying at the Courtyard Marriott in Mishawaka since October 2025. I stay here four days a week for work. I continue to stay here every week because of the customer service of EVERYONE that works at that hotel. There are three front desk workers (Rosie Bostic, Jadaela, and Julie who are so kind and friendly everytime I check in, they always offer water and always check to ensure my favorite room is available. Very nice quiet hotel located near the university (9 min drive) and many restaurants and shops. Upon check-in staff was extremely nice. The lobby is quite small and looks like a after thought however, it was clean. As typical for many hotels nowadays there is not free breakfast included but you can order from their starbucks looking shop for breakfast. Room was small. Had a king bed with pull out sofa. I was very disappointed with my stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Mishawaka. The room had multiple maintenance issues from the moment I checked in. The toilet kept running nonstop, and the sink wouldn’t drain at all. I called the front desk several times over multiple days, but nothing was ever fixed, and no one followed up. On top of the room problems, the property itself wasn’t maintained well. There were several days of steady snow, yet the parking lot was never plowed.
