Nothing fancy but comfortable beds, clean rooms, 24/7 airport shuttle, restaurant/bar, coin laundry, gym, pool, some rooms have balconies. Good choice for an airport hotel!
I missed my connection and booked this hotel for the night. They need to clone Betty, the night front desk person. She is attentive, polite and the sweetest human. The airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day and Tim and Kathy, the shuttle drivers were informative and made you feel important. This hotel did an excellent job hiring their team. The room was great with comfortable beds. My new go to hotel when I need to overnight near MSP.
Frustrating Stay with a Few Redeeming Staff Members From the moment I tried to book a room at this hotel, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I usually stay at the Fairfield across from the mall, which consistently offers excellent service, but due to limited availability, I reluctantly chose this property. Nice hotel with the usual expected amenities and friendly staff. Just expect to pay hotel prices for everything. Any meal at the bar is $20ish without a drink. A Cliff bar and bottle of water is $11.50.
Close to MSP, tucked a couple miles away, so no airport noise or congestion.
