The hotel is always clean and quiet. I always stay there when I visit Middletown. I am never disappointed.
Thank you to the staff at the Marriott 4 there, patience and accommodations most especially Kisha. for getting me a room last minute every other hotel turned me down. She was professional and quick and the rest of the stuff always so kind. Sometimes I feel bad. They have to deal with my guest. Always enjoy my stay here. :)
We had blood on the sheets on one bed. The other bed had pee stains and numerous other stains on the comforter. Pool is not open between 10am-5:30pm during week because of private swim lessons. The hotels manager responded by giving us 10,000 Marriott points which is less than $100. Would not recommend staying here.
