The woman who answered the phone on 11/15 was terribly inappropriate considering she was talking to a guest while trying to explain inside cleaning turnover. She ended up hanging up but we were left asking if this is really a place we should stay at. She insisted the hotel was sold out and there was no manager on duty that could answer my questions. Heating fan extra noisy. Asked to change our room, we were told all the fans make noise. Answers to questions were answered, "I dont have any idea." No pool towels. Not much hospitality here.
Very clean, friendly staff. They are truly in people business
