Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The lobby was full of about 100 people trying to check in and they had no rooms available at 3pm (the check in time for your room). They weren’t able to give me a room until 6pm, at which time I was already at the wedding I had to get ready for. When I asked to talk to a manager they said someone would call me. A month later I still hadn’t heard back. Upon calling I was told “check in time starts at 3pm but that doesn’t mean your room will be ready at 3pm”. Terrible customer service, hor... read more
