They need updated outlets
Room was awesome. Service was good, but not great. Room was fully cleaned in the afternoon, as I requested. Pool was flithy with countless hairs. Pool was not cold, but not warm enough. Jacuzzi was cute, but extremely weak and not warm. Pool is small, but swimmable for everyone.
I am very disappointed to say that the level of service at this hotel needs significant improvement. Our check-in experience was acceptable, but throughout our stay, we repeatedly had to call the front desk just to request towels. Additionally, there was a consistent lack of hot water in the shower for a portion of each day. On our last night, we specifically requested that our room be cleaned. The staff responded by saying, "We will try to have it cleaned, but our priority is cleaning rooms for guests who are checking out."... read more
The most Terrible experience. Basic services like room cleaning, fresh towels, hot water were not provided despite repeated requests. Very poorly managed. hopefully never have to return here
