When booking, I specifically reserved a King room with a sofa bed, as we are traveling with three adults, and I also requested an accessible room with a roll-in shower due to my mother's limited mobility. A few hours before check-in, I messaged the property via the app to kindly request a first-floor accessible room, or at the very least, any room with an accessible bathroom. First off, they don’t serve complimentary breakfast. They charge a ridiculous amount for snacks and food. They do have Starbucks but it isn’t all day. They have a pool and a whirlpool if that is your thing. We stayed in the accessible bathtub which was great for our needs. The room was okay in size but the bed was a little older. The TV service was very limited cable. Had a microwave, coffee maker, some glasses, and that’s about it. Very no frills. Lots of families seemed to be staying here which made it seem safe. Not a terrific experience. The room was clean, however, the TV speakers were blown out and the remote was broken. The drain in the shower was clogged and the tub filled up with water as you're showering. Our refrigerator was either freezing everything or hot. Knob was broken and sqeaked very loudly it woke everyone up each time we opened it. Also the door dead bolt was broken. At least the bed was comfortable but for what we paid for two days I believe the rooms should be updated and details checked.
