Love this hotel. Is my go to when im in Middletown visiting family. The kids enjoy the pool and we enjoy the jacuzzi.

The location is very convenient. The lobby is well maintained. The rooms are spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. This place has great potential! Our issue was with the maintenance of the rooms- bathroom door could not close all the way, the table under the desk had a leg that was broken, the shower had visible rust on the metal holding the glass, and I had to request clean bedding for the pull out couch because the linens and pillow left in the wardrobe were very stained. We didn't get a higher floor as requested, the closet door is broken. The bedroom chair is missing and the door for us to go out on the patio won't open. We have stayed here many times and this is a terrible room. I was told there is no place to move us

Weekend turned into nightmare. I made reservation for 2 nights with points. I thought it would be a nice weekend getaway with 2 toddlers 2 yrs and 4 yr old to go to legoland but it turned into a nightmare! We found bed bugs crawling to the pillows.(photo attached) When i asked the front desk to move me a room all she said was “we are sold out tonight i dont have any room to give you, i can switch you tomorrow morning.
