Upon arrival walked into a lobby that was over 85° with fans going. As an Elite Member asked for a bottle of water and was told that I need to pay for it because they don’t recognize status at their hotel. In addition found out that the air conditioning system has been out for over two months why don’t you let your guest know this prior to arrival I would’ve booked somewhere else which I will next time.
Not Great, Not the Worst—But Definitely Not Good The check-in experience here just wasn’t it. The girls working the desk looked like they were counting down the seconds till they could clock out—and honestly, I can’t blame them with the A/C out in the lobby. (Yikes. Initial check-in was good, but they ask for a credit card for a $20 incidental fee. The room appeared clean and the bed was soft, but the bathroom door squeaked loudly when ever you opened it. The shower water was hot and there was nice lighting throughout the room. The gate gojng in and out of the gated parking was nice and easy to use. After checking out, I received a statement with an $8.00 charge for daily parking and a $.78 restaurant fee. When i booked through hotels com it stated that parking would be free. They were having ac issues. Our room as well, but the staff could not have been more helpful, they changed our room and kept it close. The hotel staff earned a 5+. The rooms were what you expect from courtyard the property is gated as well, making us feel very safe.
