The hotel is very nice, clean with beautiful rooms but is not in a luxury location. It is near the airport so if you are flying in/out and would like a very nice hotel to stay in, this is the one. The lobby has a bistro and bar, pool, and 24 hour gym so really it accommodates all your needs. There are fantastic food trucks right next door that provide a variety of types of food from BBQ to poke.
Very friendly, clean and welcoming. Great for a stay close to the airport before we headed out to explore Maui.
After 25 years of travel, and over 10 years as a Marriott Bonvoy member, and staying at many Marriott properties in multiple countries, I had one of my worst travel experiences ever at this hotel. The manager was rude, dismissive and unwilling to do the “right thing.” Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs until a new manager is hired.
We recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Maui Kahului Airport with our family of four (including our 15 and 12-year-old kids), and it was exactly what we needed. Arrival & Check-In: Our flight landed late, and we didn't get to the hotel until around 10:30 PM. Despite the late hour, we were immediately greeted by an incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient front desk staff.
