We stayed here 4 nights and this was a great base for all we had planned on the island. Made call once we had luggage for shuttle pickup and he was there quickly ( wait outside just across on island area near taxis between 2 and 3 signs). Thank you for turning in my jacket that I left in the shuttle! Was so glad I hadn't lost it!! STAFF! This hotel has amazing staff. The hotel itself is fine. Probably nicer than most courtyards, but nothing special. As gold members we got a late checkout, but we requested a room on a high floor and they put us on the second. The main issue is the location is not great for anything other than proximity to the airport. Definitely wouldn't recommend for more than a one night stay.
