Don’t book here. If you should need to cancel your reservation, you may not be able to get your refund. I have been trying for 3 months now. Still no credit. Their GM Billy will not return my call. This is totally not the level of service I expect from Marriott.
At the front desk, Kaitlyn (unsure how to actually spell it, sorry), is a Rockstar. Had some issues with check-in not related to her, and she was extremely professional and remedied everything for us.
