The woman who worked front desk 3/13/26 3-11 was extremely kind and helpful at checkin. She immediately helped work with our request to not be near a hockey group in-house- thank you again! The woman working the breakfast the following morning was also really sweet! Great staff at this location. Our only recommendation would be to add more furniture in the rooms. Rating: ⭐ (1/5) Review: BEWARE OF PREDATORY BILLING PRACTICES. I stayed at this Courtyard location from February 6th to 9th, and it turned into an absolute financial nightmare. THREE SEPARATE TIMES for fabricated "smoking violations" plus taxes. I did not smoke in the room, but what makes this completely unacceptable is that the hotel never once contacted me, warned me, or mentioned an issue during my entire 3-day stay till i looked at my charges before checkout.
