AVOID this hotel. I stay at Marriott properties all over the country and this is by far the worst Courtyard I have ever experienced. Dated lobby, stained carpets in rooms, rude staff at check in, and the TV's are ancient like something out of 2005. I left an item there and called the day I checked out multiple times. The phone rang and rang and no one picked up. Absolutely atrocious lack of basic customer service.

We sadly did not have the greatest experience at this hotel. I will preface and say the staff were all amazing and kind and the location of this hotel is great. As for our room, there were lots of stains on the carpet and couch, and part of the couch was scratched up and torn. On the last day I also discovered black mold in the sink in the bathroom. :( Renovations were also happening right above us the whole week which was hard with a baby who takes multiple naps during the day. Normally Courtyards are a solid play. Not this location. Rooms were a bit rough. No streaming options on the TV. Pool out of commission. 2 exercise bikes inop in the gym. Now the good. AMAZING people, very friendly and professional. Bistro was great. Overall, I'll have to stay elsewhere when visiting Lville for work...cannot recommend.

Been to many hotels for business, this was by far one of the best stays due to such competent, friendly and outgoing staff. It was only an overnight stay, but they all made it memorable.
