As a Bonvoy member, I have been staying in this location every time I visited my family as it's only 10 mins away and located near shops, restaurants & groceries. But every time I went, the front desks were always rude. I am arriving late tomorrow evening and my husband & kiddos are light sleepers sensitive to noise. They didn't sleep well last time we stayed near the pool on the ground floor. So I called today ahead to kindly ask for accommodation. I called front desk and was immediately asked to be hold. Room was very small, elevator location was so weirds.. in the back of the hotel. Customer service was good.
