Room are nice and being redone right now.
We were there for a party. Staff was very nice and accommodating! Staff at coffee bar was AMAZING!! Super nice!!
Ashley, the bartender, was an excellent server. She is very professional, efficient and friendly. Could not ask for better service!
My coworkers and I recently stayed here on business and it was an amazing experience. The customer service is top tier, every staff member was so nice and accommodating. They really make you feel like you’re at home. The young girl Ashley in the bar restaurant was awesome!! She stayed open late and worked extra hours every night for our group to be able to hangout and have drinks in the lobby. Deficient guest service: - $10 parking charge per day levied even if you do not have a car. They take it off if you complain, but many guests probably do not catch it on their receipt. Front desk staff trip over themselves trying to justify the practice. - They did not clean our room between nights despite no Do Not Disturb sign on the door after 930am - Beds had long hairs on the sheets upon check-in.
