Would definitely stay here again when traveling to the area. Room was super clean, quiet and comfortable. The indoor pool with a large, built-in hot tub was so enjoyable. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Price point for a night’s stay was a great value in today’s hotel market. Keep up the good work, Courtyard Marriott in Lenox, MA!
Stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Lenox Berkshires for a weekend getaway in early 2026—clean, modern room with comfy bed, good AC, and the usual Marriott touches (coffee maker, mini-fridge, solid Wi-Fi). Breakfast was decent (standard buffet with hot items), and the indoor pool/hot tub was a nice bonus after hiking. Hotel was nice, but we complained three times about noise from the room above us and no one did anything.
Good clean rooms but restaurant and specifically breakfast is terrible. Overpriced premade food that tastes bad. Don’t do the prepay for breakfast - not worth it. NOT A RESTAURANT. Basically a Starbucks. Website makes it sound like is an actual restaurant.
