Was kinda disappointed with this hotel, great location, nice common area, but there is no hot tub as advertised, pool is only 4ft deep and very small, I had to run the water in my shower for 15-20 mins just to get the water hot, tried to order food from the bistro but the bartender told me the only thing he could cook was from a microwave.
We stayed for one night after a concert and had a lovely experience. Everyone was very kind and attentive during our stay. Hector was incredibly helpful and kind. We had a lil mix up that he solved quickly for us and even remembered us by the name the next morning and asked how our concert was. Will happily stay here again for future concerts!
