Sitting in the lobby as I type this. A lot of the furniture is worn and such but does the job. Place kind of looks like it’s due for a remodel or at least the furniture. Like the TV in the room is kind of older but once again does the job. Staff have all been very nice and helpful. Breakfast is a bit odd as you order what you want and they make it. DO NOT STAY HERE: this place has bed bugs. At first, they offered 15k reward points for my inconvenience. Then they said they would replace my luggage and shoes. (Never happened and Hector, the manager, stopped responding). I feel tricked and scammed. I called corporate (Marriott) and they completely are hands off with this even though their name is on the hotel. If you want peace of mind, don’t stay here!
Our room was clean and had good decor. The bathtub needed help as it was rusty from a poor porcelain repair attempt. This made the tub look worn and dirty.
Wow, at $250 a night I expected much much more. Rooms, especially bath extremely outdated. Average, overpriced breakfast. Plus, came back to our room at 4 pm expecting room service to be completed, but they never came. Really!?!? The place really needs an overhaul. Friendly staff is all it has it going for them.
