Very disappointed with this location. I’ve been here for five days and my room has not been serviced once. I have not used a “Do Not Disturb” sign at any point, yet no one has come to clean or refresh the room. To add to this the bathroom the floor looks filthy! Thank goodness I know better to be barefoot in a hotel. The shower floor also looks like it has never been cleaned.. Additionally, the facility feels quite outdated. Exceptional service. Front desk is top notch.
Well bad customer service!!!! Had issues with the room for three days and nothing was done !
Been a great experience since check in. Every encounter with the staff whether it be at the front desk or at the bistro had been top notch. Room was great and clean. Last night here had a great conversation with a guy named Jeremy who is doing an excellent job when it comes to customer service.
