Stopped for the night due to the storms last night. We were impressed by the rooms and friendly service. When we were forced to shelter in the parking garage due to the oncoming tornado, Ginger the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were as comfortable as possible (pillows, blankets, waters, and crackers for our family of five and all the other guests). We are grateful for the hospitality and support of Ginger and her team!
Always been great and every time I been has been comfortable with restaurant and work out & pool & room but like my breakfast from my choices on whichever day I choose but surprised didn't get your coffee sir, but sorry and hope gets handled..
We traveled to Indiana from NY for a sporting event. I booked this hotel because of the name "Marriott". I have never had a bad experience at a Marriott. They are always clean with a great breakfast and a great staff. I was so disappointed in this hotel. It did not offer complimentary breakfast which I truly thought all Marriott's did. This is my fault as well but I have traveled so much I just assumed. Not only was there no breakfast there was not even complimentary coffee.
