The staff was great, but rave reviews go to Ava & Star at the Bistro. The sweetest souls. If i could rate them alone 5 stars. But reality The elevator broke so was super annoyed with that. Was excited for a tub but the shower diverter did not work so a low pressure shower is what it was. Broken ice machine so back down the stairs I went. Tub is peeling and needs a fresh Resurface. HVAC cooled the room but it was low airflow. Thank goodness for your Bistro team!

Star, the bartender, was 5 stars! The gym was above average for a hotel. Rooms were updated. Not walkable to restaurants
