Great location, nicest staff of any Marriott I’ve stayed in while traveling every week this year even the cleaning crew says hello and good morning. Front desk attendant Shawna was beyond helpful with a concern and actually took the time to hear about it and immediately addressed it! Great team you have here Bonvoy well done now get the rest of the brand on this level so I can continue my loyalty because it’s been questioned a lot the last couple of years getting so big we don’t seem to matter and here is in and out like cat... read more

Update: I received an apology email from Rebecca and she offered to correct the wrong by compensating me 5,000 points for her behavior. It’s been 4 weeks and still nothing. Very disappointing. ____________________ Update: I originally rated this lower due to an unfortunate interaction with a staff member.
