Car was broken into, charged me $4.00 a night for parking. Room smelled like dog pee, no cleaning service unless requested, asked the housekeeper for more towels and she didn't want to give them to me.

I was looking for a hotel that was conveniently located to the hospital where I would be getting treatment and I had several reservations to continue to come back to this property. I was very pleased with the service I received at the front desk with a larger than life warm and energetic personality. The room overall looked great at first glance, and the bed was comfortable enough. Hotel rooms are humid and musty, you can smell the mold. I had to be moved to a different room. Got to the new room, same thing bed squeaks like I was in the projects! The manager offered for the maintenance man to come in and fix the bed while my child and I were in the room and I was working on my computer that has private medical information. Staff was/is amazing. Got there first day no hot water they had no problem getting me another room. Second day same thing no hot water. Again changed my room with no problem. Its was amazing customer service. I would happily stay at this location again.
