The staff really tried to make things right for our stay but too many issues. This place needs updating and a lot of maintenance. Two nights three rooms, issues from terrible odor, uncomfortable bed, breakers kept tripping (easy fix but still). First night we werer waken up by a call at 11:30pm saying our TV was too loud yet we were sleeping, our TV wasn't even on. Only one elevator working so long waits. The location is excellent.
We went away for the weekend and the hotel is nice and located very close the beach. Our room smelled like it wasn’t entirely cleaned properly and we found a dead roach on the bathroom floor. We also called for additional towels in the morning. The lady at the front desk said she would have them sent to our room. We left for the day and came back around 7pm and still had no towels.
