Conveniently located hotel for conference center, restaurants and easy access to highway. Room was clean and comfortable. Service was good. Only down side is they do not have a continental breakfast. Would stay here again.
Hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Staff is professional and courteous. Room is clean. Location is excellent for my work in Western NC. Lots of chain and local restaurants within 2 or 3 miles.
As someone who had never been to North Carolina and was visiting for the Footcandle Film Festival, I have to say all staff (desk, bistro, houskeeping etc) at Courtyard Mariott Hickory were superb! Any random question or inquiry that I had, there was an answer and a solution! Grateful to have spent my off time in such a relaxing environment.
Paid full price for the room , went there because the pool and the hot tub come to find out, they were both broken. And no breakfast will never stay there again
