I am a wheelchair user and travel alone. This morning I came out and someone had parked and blocked my van ramp so I couldn’t get in my van. Cara, the sweet lady working the front desk, came to help! My van doesn’t have a drivers seat because I drive from my wheelchair. She went and got a chair to drive from, cones to keep anyone from parking too close to me when I came back later, and she moved my van for me. Now THAT is some amazing customer service and I am so thankful!
