Stayed here for 2 nights. Room is clean. There is a microwave, a small fridge, iron, tv, and a coffee maker. They gave us free water and some food which we really appreciate very much. We arrived at 4pm . Starbucks was already open when we left the hotel at 8am. Front desk said it is open until 10pm. And there is also a Starbucks kiosk(vending machine?) Bathtub not draining. In room phone not working. Poor customer service. Proximity to Hersheypark is their main draw. Minimal convenience compared to hotels nearby.
