Everything looked very clean and new. Customer service at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Lack of a shuttle was an obvious miss.
The front desk staff was beyond friendly and went above and beyond to check me in with a room right next to my family, which I really appreciated. The location is also a big plus—just a few minutes from the park! That said, the hotel could definitely benefit from a deep cleaning and some renovations. The carpet in the elevators and hallways was noticeably stained, there were handprints on the walls in my room, and I even found an unknown substance on the ice bucket.
