I've stayed here before so I was familiar with this hotel.
Staying at this hotel has been an absolute nightmare. The front desk never answers the phone and when they do, they transfer your calls before you are even able to tell them what you’re calling about. Their system of “free parking” is an absolute joke. I have tired to get my tickets validated three times now and each time I’m left sitting in the parking structure with a ticket that doesn’t work being told to push a button on the machine for “assistance” meanwhile traffic is piling up behind me and the barcode still doesn’t w... read more
