Staff was great. Breakfast was eggcellent!!
Lobby girls were excellent. They helped me printing out a form at 11pm when everything was closed. I would have had to run in the morning to print it out before 9am. If it wasn't for their kindness I would have had a lot of issues the next day. Service is impecable.
My stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Coral Springs was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the property appeared poorly maintained and unprofessional. The room was in unacceptable condition. I encountered roaches, signs of mold, dirty sheets, and overall cleanliness issues that made me uncomfortable throughout my stay.
