Quiet place located near the major highway.
We accidentally went to this one instead of another in town that we’d booked and the man at the front desk, name started with D, was the rudest and most uptight person I have ever encountered at a hotel. And, I’ve been all over the country and a couple other countries with the Army. He was argumentative about us even giving our names to see the booking and then wouldn’t answer the question about the other Courtyard. It was truly bizarre.
I have been staying at this location for the past 12+ months for my business trips to the area. It has deteriorated badly. The most egregious thing is they don’t open the restaurant at night because someone called in sick or is on vacation. This has happened to me 3 times in the past 6 months. I checked in yesterday and was told it wouldn’t be open because the person is on vacation. You only have 1 person capable of operating the bar/kitchen??? I’ll find a different Marriott property to stay at.
