Nice courtyard overall with clean and modern rooms. Gym was actually equipped well for this level of hotel with ample space. Courtyards still remain behind similar level chains (even in their own) by not providing a complimentary breakfast. Over this hotel is a solid option in Frisco with a several places to eat that are walking distance.
Great experience at the hotel. Jennifer at the front desk was wonderful and very accommodating. With a youth soccer tournament group also staying at the hotel the weekend of stay, she made sure to put us in a quiet part of the hotel and even facing away from main highway. Room was clean and comfotable, and cooled nicely. There is enough open space in the gym for a functional fitness workout. Finally, the hotel is centrally located close to many good spots to eat and right next to HEB if getting a few groceries.
I can’t recommend the Courtyard by Marriott in Frisco enough! From the moment I arrived, Sabrina and Jennifer greeted me with big smiles and made me feel truly welcome. During my stay, I accidentally misplaced a very sentimental item. The housekeeper found it and turned it in, and Brandon went above and beyond by thoughtfully returning it to my room with a kind, personal note. Had all my stuff removed from my room by the cleaning staff. The front desk had to track it down. I would expect some sort of compensation for the inconvenience other than, "sorry". I will go out of my way to avoid Courtyard hotels in the future.
