I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent interaction at your property. I have stayed at this location multiple times while transitioning to Dallas and have consistently had positive experiences. However, this recent situation left me feeling unsettled. During our fifth stay in the past year at the Courtyard Marriott in Frisco, we had a very disappointing experience with the front desk. Jennifer, who was working during our stay, was consistently rude, abrupt, and unhelpful. The absolute best hotel you can stay at in North Texas! The staff is incredible. 10/10. Brandon, Xavier, and the crew at the desk are the sweetest most accommodating crew I’ve been around. I can’t say enough about how incredible they are. And I am an Ambassador Member with Marriott, so I’ve stayed hundreds of nights in hotels yearly, and see crews all around. This is the best!
