The rooms are nice and comfortable!!!
No coffee in lobby in morning. Everything comes from the bar. Nice people, but no complimentary coffee in the morning. Gotta do better.
Unfortunately, I had a really horrible experience here with management, super shady and an issue with housekeeping where one of the supervisors Kelly was yelling at the other girls and had hairs on my sheets a lot too which didn’t make any sense. Veronica too. Besides that, Kieth at the bistro is awesome, Angeles, Rosa and Mari in housekeeping are fantastic, and some of the front desk staff are really great also. My experience with management was disheartening and unfortunate given how long I stayed here two consecutive time... read more
