Absolutely horrible service. Got off a flight, trying to find a place to sleep. Tried asking some snotty woman if a room was available and she cut me off and hung up before i could even finish speaking. Terrible…
The hotel is very nice and rooms are great but the receptionists aren't nice.
My Daughter picked out this hotel for my Birthday. I checked in Friday February 20th, till Sunday February 22nd, 2026. My Stay was only perfect because of the Manager Mr.John, and Mrs.Gail. Mr.John, I had the best experience with him. If it wasn't for Mr.John, I would of had left Friday night. He went above, and beyond to make me happy as a customer. Front desk check-in was strange and a bit off-putting but whatever. Room was ok clearly some remodeling was going on. The wallpaper in the hallways as they touched the moldings looked like water damaged. The shower in my room was very narrow. One shoulder touched the shampoo/bodywash stand and one the glass door. Very weird. Additionally, 10-minute shower and was out of hot water.
