We had a reservation, it got canceled for some reason and they didn’t have any other rooms available. After 10 hours of traveling this is not what you want to come to.
Front desk clerk was sleeping behind the desk when I came down in the AM. Also saw someone sleeping in the lobby. Complimentary coffee was horrible. Room smelled of smoked from the next room on our last night.
Room is clean and nice BUT no breakfast included for the price of a room when other hotels will compliment you with breakfast AND same type / quality room 😉 If you have time - Book yourself into a different hotel ! Check-in desk staff are professional and helpful.
