Front desk agents were a little rude, hotel was overall loud, have to sleep during day
It is just crazy that a hotel in 2026 doesn't have a charging station with multiple ports near the beds. There were no power sockets near the beds either. I travel all the time and this was one of the least traveler friendly set ups ever.
Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean and comfortable. I was very impressed by Anna who checked me in and helped me with an issue (which was my mistake) while dealing with several other customers checking in at the same time. She delivered excellent customer service and kept her cool in a stressful situation. Great employee!
