Wifi didn't work in my section of the hotel during my entire stay and after spending several hours on the phone with an off-site IT person they shrugged their shoulders and said oh well. On-site staff was nice but helpless. Manager was supposed to call me to discuss but never did. I won't stay here again.
Phones were out the entire stay. Robert Rush, supposed GM, is absolutely unprofessional, argumentative, and has no place in the hospitality industry. @Marriot, please address this situation and employee.
An outdated hotel with expensive breakfast. This is the same food you would normally get at the included buffet, now for extra. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear the people next to your room
