Clean rooms but a touch outdated. The actual courtyard is excellent. Nice firepit…staff is very friendly. Will stay here again for sure!
My recent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Columbus Dublin was very disappointing. The property felt dark and dingy, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room and hallways. The carpet looked extremely dirty—I didn’t feel comfortable even taking my shoes off. The bathroom was also concerning. The grout in the shower appeared black with built-up body debris, which made it feel very unclean. In addition, the shower floor was extremely slippery and felt unsafe. They knock on the door repeatedly in the morning even with the do not disturb sign on the door at NO LATER THAN 9:30 in the morning first night it was 8:55, they log u out of your tv streaming services before checkout as well, rooms are mediocre not entirely cleaned properly pillows and toilet paper extremely thin more up to standard options in the area. The room was maybe just a touch outdated but still very comfortable. The bedding is the best I’ve had in all my stays in Columbus (here a lot for work). Can’t beat the convenience of the bar/morning cafe! Every one that works at the cafe was also so sweet and friendly! I will stay again for sure
Had a great stay here. Room was clean and comfortable. Gentleman at the front desk was excellent. Slept like a baby. Close to the zoo.
