One of the best hotels here in Columbus if you need a place to stay. Hotel is clean along w great customer service!
The main electric entrance door was broken for the two days that I was there making it difficult to Enter or exit with luggage. They said it was due to the extreme cold but didn't see anybody trying to fix it. They cut cost by providing a poor excuse for toilet paper in the rooms. Cheap, yuck!
