They charge 150$ for a room and then have the audacity to overcharge for a shitty bistro for breakfast…. Wheres the free breakfast? TRASH. Never again
Went to look up old reviews to make sure I didn't stay at this place again. While I left a bad review for this hotel about a year ago - I just noticed that it has been deleted. Wonder Why? Either way, this hotel was dirty, unattentive, and I caught them adding water to the shampoo and conditioner. I called out the manager - and they said they would take care of it, but got mad that I posted a review. Now I can't find that review. Seems odd. Really disappointed in this hotel for a Marriott. There was black mold in the shower not in one place but in multiple places. Looked like they never clean the shower. The bottom of the shower was pretty black. The back of the bed had covers that were ripped/not on correctly. There was also a piece of drywall hanging down from the ceiling. I have stayed at this hotel once a year for several years and booked my room for last weekend 6 weeks in advance. After a 12 hour drive my kids and I showed up and were told they oversold the hotel and did not have a room for us. I asked them why they didn't simply contact me before I showed up so that I could have made alternate arrangements and they had no answer to that question. They finally found a room that only had one bed for 3 people which was not suitable. I had to continue driving another hour to find another rand... read more
I called 7/30/25 about 2pm and the lady who picked up the phone called me Jojo and asked why was playing on the phone. This can not be a place of standard or professional. Highly disappointed.
