Lebaron provided exceptional customer service during breakfast at our stay at the Marriott hotel. We stayed beginning Friday, May 8, through Sunday checkout, and his professionalism and kindness truly stood out during our visit. He was working alone and managing an overwhelming number of customers, yet he remained calm, respectful, patient, and professional throughout the entire experience. Not the best.. The breakfast is not good at all. The rooms (bed) aren’t very comfortable
We checked in later in the evening after an 8 hour drive and had booked our room for 3 people. They gave us a kingbed room with a pull out which is fine. The problem is that they made us make the pull out bed ourselves regardless of having occupancy that would have required the pullout. I called down to ask why this was not made in advance and they said that is never the case at the Courtyard Marriot. After a 8 hour drive that was the welcome!
