Two months later after making reservations with them they randomly took 160$ off of my debit card. And when I called they said they couldn’t help me I have to call management another day.
Staff was friendly and our room was huge. Hotel was close to the venue we were going to and convenient to nearby restaurants and shopping.
Three day stay. Maid came in the room to remove used towels even though DND was on door. The next day we asked for room service, but no maid came in. The whole stay water pressure was weak, NO hot water in the shower. Cannot recommend this hotel!
