Friendly staff and a great place for work meetings.
Great location, clean rooms, but two issues kept this from being a 5-star stay. I asked staff to check my AC while I was out for the day; it was making a persistent noise. It was never looked at. At checkout, I was offered 20,000 Bonvoy points as compensation. Three weeks and three phone calls later, including one with a manager who confirmed the points were coming, I still haven't received them. I'm a longtime Marriott loyalist, so this was disappointing. I'm a big believer in following through on what you say you'll do.
We stayed here for more than a week in June 2026 for our business trip & had a great experience. Rooms, Cleanliness , location, everything was good. All the staff at the reception was friendly especially the girl at reception, Fara was very courteous.
Location and rooms are fine, but before checking out, a large amount of money was left in the room on accident. Staff did not do anything to help or show any urgency/concern and as of now the money is still “missing” according to staff, although I’m sure it’s been taken by now.
