I really wanted to like this hotel, but unfortunately I left pretty disappointed. I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member and have stayed at Marriott properties many times, so this experience was particularly disappointing compared with what I’ve come to expect from the brand. Wish they could speak English when calling. Room was out of body wash and very little shampoo. Room was at least clean

One of very few hotels to give us a room for since everything was sold out. Place was extremely well kept.

Extremely disappointing experience, specifically because of how the situation was handled by General Manager Vernon Burchett. I was already staying at the hotel with my family and was actually sleeping in my room when I was suddenly told that we had to leave. I had booked an additional night, and the night before I had been verbally told by hotel staff that everything was set.
