The bride and bridal party stayed here before my best friend’s wedding. The whole staff could not have been more attentive and accommodating, but a special shout out is deserved by Ryan at the bistro. I was sent on a coffee run while we were all getting our hair and makeup done, and Ryan re-opened the cafe to make the bridal party our lattes. Paid for my stay through priceline only to get there and be told the payment did not go through. Had to pay again with my bank card beacause the front desk employee by name Jame did not know how to bill a third party (priceline) card. She then told me she would have her manager fix the problem and issue me a refund when she/he comes to work. After waiting for 5-business days with no refund, I called only for this same Jame to hang-up on me. She is so unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I'm not very impressed with the hotel. I will say that it's very clean and well kept. However, they don't have any complimentary coffee and if you want coffee, you have to drink Starbucks. Breakfast is a very limited menu and it's definitely not free. There's no pool!! I only booked this place because it was recommended for our soccer tournament. We should have stated the Holiday Inn Express.
