Typical room. Bed mattress was very old. Walking distance to casino was why we stayed.
Clean & comfortable hotel. I had a great experience with the woman who checked me in, young B/female. The supervisor tall w/male could do better,thus the 3/5 stars for service. This location has a shuttle but the middle aged woman couldn't have cared less that we 1. Listed for the shuttle 2. Were there about 10 mins prior to departure time. I brought thus issue up to her in the presence of the supervisior and he pretended nothing was happeneing. I ended up having to escalate the matter to corporate. I love coming to Courtyard by Marriott for a little getaway with my child. It’s a perfect spot for a short, relaxing stay.The pool is large, clean, and very well maintained — great for families. The front desk team especially deserves recognition: they were incredibly helpful and kind. I once left a necklace in the bathroom, and they found it and returned it to me, which I truly appreciated.
