1st floor & hot tub is under renovation. When you booking nobody didn’t tell about that. Some rooms are noisy (busy airport +interstate)

By far the worst marriott we stayed at. Rooms are very noisy. Personnel is rude and incapable: we had a king bed reservation. She gave us a queen room. We called, she got us all the way downstairs to tell us she is giving us the room next door. We had 4 luggages going up and down for her mistake, and she didn’t even apologize…

Good experience, front desk was kind, cheerful and helpful. The rooms are decent & clean. You have to call to get picked up at the airport, but the drive isn't too bad. The water coming out of the tap was cloudy for some reason, but overall decent stay. Only con, but is not the hotels' fault, someone was knocking at our door at 2am-twice!!!. Not fun when you have an airport shuttle at 5:30am.

Our airline put us here for our second night in Chicago. The shuttle service took awhile and the van is quite small and easily missed. Once at the hotel we discovered it was under renovation. The employee who checked us in seemed annoyed we were there and barely looked up from his screen. The room was fine. It was clean and good for a night's sleep. The lobby has lots of seating space. We checked in last night for one night before our spring break trip. The woman that checked us in was wonderful! Very kind and helpful, even though she said she was new. Not the staff’s fault, but the hotel overbooked parking, so some of us that paid $100 to park were forced to park on the curb. Mind you, we booked a park and fly, so our cars have to stay there until next Thursday.
