Great check-in, friendly staff, hotel looks new, one of the nicest Courtyards I’ve stayed in (140 Marriott nights so far this year).
Bad, bad experience, starting with our standing around for two hours to get the third choice of basically the worst hotel room in the place. Our original room wasn’t available so they moved us to a room with no climate control, which took quite a while to resolve. Then they moved us to a room with climate control that measured 68 dB (pretty loud) at the bed, then moved us to a third was almost OK, but right next to nightly birthday parties.
