Too many issues here. No keys to the rooms for over 2 days. Food service and quality is not up to standards. People are trying hard but something is wrong at this property.
I don’t normally leave 5 stars for Courtyards, because they’re mostly all the same. But the new management team at this property, run by Hyder, goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, appreciated and taken care of. Even on one of the busiest weeks of the year (move-in week to U of I) they were patient and empathetic.
Excellent stay❤️
The rooms look nice and clean, but smell musty/old with a hint of cigarettes.
