This Courtyard isn’t particularly exceptional if you compare it on a national level, but it’s solid—currently undergoing renovations, though the existing rooms and lobby don’t feel too outdated. Compared to other local hotel options, which are pretty far behind, this one stands out as a hidden gem. The real highlight is the staff—Zoey went above and beyond during our brief stay. The food was great, and everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful.
Zoey was very nice and accommodating. Room was somewhat humid, nothing uncommon. I was on the first floor with the pool. Exterior of hotel is being renovated at this time, some parking is roped off, but I had no trouble finding a spot checking in at 530p and returning from dinner around 8p.
Had a great stay. Great staff. Took care of any issues I had!
We was there on 5/30 and 5/31 Our room was not cleaned while we were out. No towels bed never made. And for some reason they charged my card $40 not sure why called todat 6/3 was put on hold for 8 mins finally I hung up and try to call again 2 times not answering there phone
