I had a very bad experience today, Wednesday, February 18th 2026. The lady at the Starbucks corner, Ms Tamla was overly rude with her service and interaction with me and when she was politely called out, she asked the kind and very customer-centric front desk lady rep to call the cops for no reason, which was ignored by the way. I felt violated even as a guest and it shouldn't feel like this. I also didn't feel safe and will be leaving sooner that expected
One of the cleanest hotels I have been in, I was very impressed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean, minus the random band aid attached to the smoke alarm. My guess is that was a smokers thing to be able to smoke in the room? However, smelled clean and nice. Close to highway, so traffic was a little louder for my liking. All in all great hotel & great spot for the cost.
Very clean and well presented hotel. I was very surprised upon proceeding upstairs. Friendly staff that were welcoming and even handed us two bottles of water! Great choice and it was th cheapest around.
