This place is horrible!!! They are trying to charge the wrong card repeatedly . Gave us the wrong receipt and now not answering our calls or calling back! We will be calling corporate and our lawyers!!!
Hotel is in a good area but not a good place to stay. No welcome at all which with Platinum Elite status they always thank you for staying. Ask if you would like water and ask how you want your gift. Not at this hotel. The guy acted like I was putting him out. The refridgerator in the room was not working so I pulled it out, unplugged it and plugged it back in to reset. Stayed here a little and had my kids with me. This has been the most helpful staff I have ever dealt with and I travel a lot with work. Everyone has went above and beyond for any requests I have made from hey do you have batteries , can I borrow the vacuum my kids made a mess, can I use a screwdriver and whatever other random things I have needed to help with my kids . Everyone from housekeeping to front desk to who is working the coffee in the morning and maintenance
Antwon is in an incredible bartender and server. Elevated my stay.
