Tony at the front desk is the best!!! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great view for our stay, his attention to detail and kindness truly stood out. We travel to Boston every couple of months and usually like to try different hotels. While we’ve stayed here before and already loved it, this visit sealed the deal, this hotel will absolutely be our home base moving forward. The hotel has been renovated and the room was clean with a great bridge/TD Garden view. The services from the receptionists were excellent. The only minus was that I could smell other hotel guests smoking weed throughout the stay but I don't think that is not within the hotel's control. Would be happy to stay here again.
