We stayed for a week over Christmas. The staff was great and very friendly. The location is great, close to Newbury street, malls, lots of restaurants and the T line. The breakfast at the "restaurant" is not a great selection and overpriced for what you get but there are other options close by so it wasn't an issue. I recommend this place and would stay here again.
Prime location. Very courteous and helpful staff. Rooms are nice. Could do better in their amenities
Small building but premier location and incredible customer service. Building has 1 elevator and it moves fairly quickly. Best part of the room was meeting Exeter and going on an adventure throughout Boston and taking photos. I made him a Red Sox fan, of course!
