Firstly, the price of the hotel for the service and outdated rooms is too high. Secondly if you're not a Bonvoy member, you don't get shuttle service, no free wifi (like they advertised for all) there is a café inside with Starbucks sold coffee, everything is up charged. The rooms: wallpaper peeling off on the edges, stains on the walls from spilled liquid, stains on the carpet, old food smell in the room, the plastic clear guard they put on the AC rattles so loud and you can't take it off, in the bathroom there was mold on ... read more
Room kinda smelled like take out food, shampoo dispenser was empty, and the water pressure was janky
It was a very nice hotel, close to the place I needed to be. Very friendly staff and welcoming . 15 minutes away from the airport. Very nice location. There is a Starbucks inside which is really convenient. The rooms were very clean and the room was perfect
Missed a night so they canceled my whole reservation and charged my card. Done with Mariott
