Very disappointing stay and well below Marriott standards. I am a Marriott Ambassador and spend more than 100 nights a year in hotels. This was one of the poorest Marriott stays I have had. The rooms were not as described, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the floors were dirty. I asked to change rooms the first night and ultimately had to move twice before finding a room that was even close to some what acceptable. Great place with a beautiful atmosphere and excellent service! We had a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Very rare poor experience at Marriott. Lukewarm shower with low pressure. Room not made up when we got back. Room not up to Marriott standards. We won’t be going back when we visit Samford again.
