Have stayed here several times now. Service and cleanliness have been consistently excellent.

No acknowledgment of my lifetime platinum status at check in. Should have received free bottled water (I had to pay for it), no complimentary upgrade, and even though I specifically told them when I checked in I did not have a car, they charged me $7.00 to park. Elevator was so far from my room I was told it would be easier to carry my bags up to the second floor (I’m 72). Found a “palmetto bug” (nice name for a cockroach) in my bathroom.
