Came in for a tournament at TBK complex which is located 11 minutes from this hotel, this hotel was just in a great location surrounded by stores and gas stations without being too close to the stores. As soon as we arrived, we were checked in within. I’m not even kidding you two minutes. Absolutely no excuse from them to have us go down and get the towel ourselves! When you go to an hotel, means you’re going to have fun relax and come back to find your room clean. Not at that location. Very unprofessional when they talk to you. They are careless. Hotel was very clean and new. Rooms are clean, but, the don’t care after they charge you. No service at all.
