I enjoyed my brief stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Bettendorf. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel appears and feels like it is new. There are plenty of USB plugs and other outlets in the room. The entire hotel was clean. The breakfast was typical for a courtyard. Overall an excellent experience.
Staying here at the Courtyard, was excited to try out this new hotel as I’m originally from the quad cities but traveling in. I wasn’t welcomed by a very friendly supervisor. My mom works for the Marriott So I get the family discount and needed to print out the form. The computer was not working and instead of being helpful she told me that she would have no problem canceling my reservation. With my stays at the Marriott, I have been all over America.
