Very nice rooms and food.
We stay in A LOT of hotels for multiple sports and this hotel is probably in the top 3 if not the best. When we walked in, tornado sirens were were going off. Jennifer at the desk was calm, cool, collected and funny. Someone gave us flashlights in case the power went out. Rooms were super clean, smelled brand new, sleek, and modern. Beds were super comfy. I had an extremely unfortunate conversation with the manager of this location. My Fiancé’s grandmother passed away and our plans for the fourth had to dramatically change. I did attempt to cancel my reservation for this evening and the manager stated the fee to cancel was the full price of the room. She was extremely rude and this was my first time ever planning to stay at a Courtyard and this will be my last. Proceed with caution before booking a stay here.
Very clean and very friendly staff! Has a Starbucks with some food options for breakfast.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to the manager, who personally delivered extra towels and ensured everything was perfect during our visit. Her friendly and attentive approach truly stood out. The rooms were a bit small, but thankfully, there was a pull out couch, which gave us the extra space we needed.
