Bad experience after we were woken up by someone vacuuming outside our room at 7am on a Saturday morning. I went outside, asked the woman to stop, she said “we always do this” and resumed vacuuming when I went back to my room. I told the manager what happened when I was checking out later that morning. She was unconcerned and unhelpful. There’s a residence inn right across from this place. I’ll be going there next time.
first room smelled moldy, was dark and dingy. bottom of shower was so stained it looked dirty. I didn’t even want to step barefoot in it. the second room they gave us did not smell but shower was gross like it’s been there since 1970. bathroom was gross and sheets kept coming off mattress.
