This place was great! The rooms were very clean, and the sheets were nice, comfy, and new. The service was good—they checked me in right away and brought my luggage to my room. The breakfast was tasty and easy to pay for. The location is perfect, right in front of Target, so I could buy groceries easily. There were many good restaurants nearby. They asked for a $50 deposit for any room damage, but they gave it back after I checked out.
Terrible hotel. The first time I booked a room I showed up and the entire bathroom was ripped apart. They put me in a room that was currently having maintenance done. I went in and went straight to bed as I checked in late. The next morning when I woke up to no shower. The tub was not working and it took several weeks for them to rectify the situation. I was the stylist for a wedding. I can say that they went above and beyond to accommodate the wedding party. Thank you, I will remember you on my next stat-cation!!!
I stay in the area frequently and never tried the Courtyard. I was very disappointed as I expected much more from the price. Usually, this courtyard is among the most expensive properties in the area, even more money than the Marriott just down the street or the Hilton just up the street. If you can get either of these alternatives for similar money. DO IT! The Courtyard is very similar to a Comfort Inn, just 2 to 3x more money. I'll not be coming back here again.
