I am tired of people at the front desk not recognizing Platinum Premier customers. Two less stars for this from now on at every Marriott hotel. Noisy room with highway traffic close by. Sensitive smoke alarm goes off when taking a shower. You have to pay for parking, which wasn't the case months ago. The bar isn't open at 8pm. No one there to attend you.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I arrived at 1:00 a.m. after struggling for hours with my online reservation. When I explained the situation to the front desk African American lady, she told me she had nothing to do with the website prices and that the regular two-queen-bed room showing at $124 per night could be “reserved” by her for $2,500. Hotel has minimal security cams. No exterior building cams. No cams on floors 2-3-4. Hotel is very clean and staff is super friendly but.... Unfortunately the hotel adjacent is the problem. Lock your room door bolt. And get a room by elevator. STAY AWAY from rooms by stairs. People walking around at 1-2 AM and strolling aimlessly isn't good. Be safe.
