Prepaid booking got cancelled due to “no show policy” on a holiday weekend. Absolutely garbage policy and left me and my family stranded on a holiday weekend forced to drive 25 miles the opposite direction. Time to find a different chain of hotels to support.
I travel all over the world and always stay with Marriott. The cleanliness of this Courtyard is the beat I had ever stayed in. Although the hotel is 6 years old it looks like it opened this week. Thank you for the qondrfuk guest experience. P.S. you will love the shower nook for towels.
As a long time Marriott customer, I have to say this is a very well run property, and while I did have an issue with my room and unfortunately had to move to a different category, since they were sold out, I was very satisfied with my stay. The property is very clean and the entire staff is very friendly. Huge shout out to Wilma who helps out at breakfast and provides a level of service as if you're dining at a 5 star restaurant! Her energy and personality are contagious!
