The staff was the best part of the visit. Everyone I interacted with was very kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. Uber drivers get confused a lot because there are a couple of hotels all packed together.
The staff is absolutely incredible!! Every one I met was beyond helpful and nice😀 Rooms were very clean!! It was quiet in the hallways and no doors slamming while I was there which is awesome since I can be a light sleeper. Unpleasantly surprised by a parking fee for a suburban hotel. Returned from a funeral at 4:30 in the afternoon to find that no.housekeeping was done. Was I talked to front desk clerk She said that they had left for the day. Manager said that it was there new policy not to clean the room for a 2 night stay
