The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. My first room was near the road, so it could get a bit noisy with traffic at the intersection. However, when I moved to a suite, it was much quieter and more peaceful, with trees behind the room providing a nice, relaxing view. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the cleanliness.
I have been going here to set up for meetings in their conference room. It's a great space and they are very accommodating. The lobby has many places to sit and chat, watch TV and just chill at the bar. I can't tell you about the rooms as I haven't been in them. The pool and workout room look pretty nice especially for anyone just passing though Asheville. Been displaced from Asheville from a year and have status at Marriott, won’t let me book a room due to some local id restriction. Ridiculous, and the man was rude about it. Will be ending my business with Marriott in charlotte upcoming in January due to this.
Super clean, fresh hotel with excellent decor and people running it. The room was super comfortable and quiet. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is because the shower stall only has a half wall (floor to ceiling) and no no door so half is open to the bathroom exposing you to the cold air coming into the stall while showering. Otherwise, this hotel is top notch.
I have stayed here several times and the hotel is a great value for money. Very clean and welcoming. Rooms are a good size, well decorated and kept up.
