The staff and service are top notch at this beautiful property. The ADA setup was done by people without an understanding of ADA requirements. First, we reserved a room with a roll in showers and without telling us upgraded us to a 'nicer room. That would have been great if we didn't need wheelchair access. We are used to hotels messing up our needs and called before we arrived and the fixed it back to a roll-in shower. The room itself is very nice, if you aren't in a wheelchair. Less than 20 minutes to ATW to catch our flight. Nice balcony overlooking Fox River. Highly recommend this hotel.
