Just had a great first stay at the Courtyard Riverfront in Appleton. Room was perfectly suited to my needs, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Bath had some space which is certainly nice. I wasn't looking for a view but it has some nice ones whether on the river side or not given the property is in the river valley, there was greenery on the other side as high as the fourth floor where I was staying.
