The location is the only reason I gave this two stars! I went there to spend Valentine’s Day and when I got to my room, there was urine all over the toilet seat. When they moved my room, it was the wrong size bed. I was still made to pay for the original sized bed. Manager sent a pre-typed “ Apology“ email but nothing was done in the way of compensation.

I'm not sure how this Courtyard can maintain a Marriott lable. I've never experienced such poor customer service and lack of cleanliness in a Marriott brand hotel. There was trash on the floor at our arrival, dust/dirt on the furniture, and dead bugs laying around the fridge. The apathetic front desk guy was visibly unhappy to rise from his chair at our arrival and the one girl working at the restaurant never bothered getting up from her chair behind the register. Mistakes happen, but Jenna is a disgusting human being. I do not say that lightly. I have submitted a full report of my stay to Marriott, but this General Manager is a horrible person. I saw her interact with multiple guests in such a way she should be ashamed of herself. No way she should be allowed to ever interact with customers, let alone run a hotel. Matt was amazing, where did he go? Why did she act more crazy when I mentioned him? Avoid until new management is found.
