The property was in a state is disrepair. The only elevator that worked was not working well. One ice machine for the entire property. The pool was under repair, and the craftsmanship was terrible. The gym and area my kids had to walk through to use the bathroom while swimming was derelicted. I asked a few times for housekeeping to replace the expended conditioner in the shower from the first day we got there, never happened by day 4. This is a great Courtyard! They always give me an upgrade and I don't even need to ask. They'll assign a room, you can check in on the app, and you'll get your mobile key. I don't know why more Marriotts don't operate this way. It was just a superior experience all around.

Room was fine. Pretty quiet. Close to the hospital. Hotel seemed short-staffed. I did not notice until I got back up to the room, but the bottle of beer I bought was almost a year old. I'm used to wine having some age to it, but not beer!

Front desk staff took my reservation wrong initially, then I had to book a new room upon my arrival. After my stay I was charged for two rooms and spoke to staff for over 45 minutes over the course of my stay. When I called for a refund the staff was rude and hung up on me. When I spoke to Claudia at the front desk she was generally helpful. Very frustrating and experience and would not stay here again.
