We unfortunately had a terrible experience with the hotel & staff. We booked a king bed plus sofa bed room for three adults for one night. The total price for this one night was $723. We even called the week of to confirm the reservation and room type and they confirmed. Upon arrival, we received a one king bed room, with no sofa bed. We tried to work it out with the front desk, they were of no help. We asked for a rollaway bed, they said they did not have any. I can't say enough nice things about this place! Very accommodating. I can't spell the gentleman's name.. but he was the main guy for my stay. Super attentive and sweet. I was one of those people who lost power for 4 nights... It was so nice to have been hosted by you folks :)
