I booked a two bedroom, was given a one bed hotel room. I was told that the third party app oversold and it was not their problem. The check in process was very underwhelming considering I was not given the room that I had booked. Staff member was not empathetic or willing to help. Went back later that night to ask about something being comped - was given $20 breakfast vouchers, to the complimentary breakfast… The bathroom was dirty and the room smelled like urine upon entering.
Was not given our senior discount that they said we would get.
I gave this a 3 star for service because this hotel does not offer Continental bfast. I doesn't even off coffee at the lobby which most hotels do (even the real cheap ones). Hotel was clean, easy access to the airport.
