First room when I opened bad smell and I had to call them that room was not cleaned , there was open bear cans and they changed my room and it was smaller than previous one and no balcony which one I paid at first place . Second room again smelling and in the fridge old food was still there so no one cleaned well . I thought Courtyard has reputation . I had a phenomanal stay the staff was polite eddie was absolutely amazing went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay the bartender heather was friendly engaging and very nice to talk too and made my 18 dolar drink worth it🤣🤣as far as mananagement goes most of my interaction was with alicia and she was absolutely great as well beautiful smile and was very nice to my daughter
The staff at this hotel are amazing !!! From the bistro workers to the tall maintenance worker he was so helpful and professional !!! Now let me just say I can’t say enough about Alicia the beautiful young lady at the front desk she is beyond professional she definitely cares and wants to make sure the guest have a great stay !!! Even the Saturday night shift I forgot the gentleman’s name but they are all so professional and helpful !!! Thank you guys for making my stay so comfortable!!!!
