Stayed there for a business trip. Found a cockroach in the room, they were unable to move me to another room due to the hotel being full. They were unwilling to pay for another room in another hotel. They promised Marriott points but did not give them. Staff that showed up was apologetic but kept repeating this has never happened before. Front desk person was not very helpful. Heat wouldn’t work, manager came up but it went back out before morning and the iron didn’t work properly…It worked out because I packed my own just in case. The instant apple cider was right on time with the cold weather. Okay stay for the price.

I couldn’t have had a nicer guy check me in tonight. Eddie was so friendly and attentive, and gave me a great rundown of the hotel amenities and the team working for the evening. This is the first of several trips I’ll be making to the area for work so I look forward to coming back!
