I couldn’t have had a nicer guy check me in tonight. Eddie was so friendly and attentive, and gave me a great rundown of the hotel amenities and the team working for the evening. This is the first of several trips I’ll be making to the area for work so I look forward to coming back!
This hotel has a new smell to it in the hallways, the rooms were clean and had a good smell, I wish the showers had glass doors instead of curtain but it’s fine. The hotel is nice and would recommend to stay at. Good choice.
I arrived later than expected for check-in but had called ahead, and the staff kindly assured me there was no need to worry. Upon arrival, the front desk team greeted me warmly, handed me my room key, and even offered a bottle of water — a small but thoughtful gesture that set a welcoming tone for my stay.That evening, I asked for suggestions on where to grab dinner, and the late-night staff were incredibly knowledgeable about the area. We stayed at the Courtyard while visiting Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The hotel was a short drive to the park. The rooms were spacious and very well maintained. The staff very very attentive and helpful. Definitely would recommend staying if you are exploring hotels in the area.
