Service was great from the front desk to the bar. Room was super clean. There are little things I did not like. Lighting is horrible. Maybe add brighter lights in sink area and bathroom. Hated how the light and the fan are controlled by the same switch. Fan is annoying. We did not have a microwave like it was displayed on the website. The television should be in the middle of the bed where two people can see it laying down and not on one side. Stayed for a friends wedding all staff was amazing! Bistro food was good just wish they had smoothies.
Do NOT stay at this hotel — from start to finish, my experience was awful. My sister and I stayed at the Courtyard Inn by Marriott on Saturday, July 26th, and checked out the next day — and I can honestly say I’ll never stay there again. The bad experience started the moment I walked through the door. The woman at the front desk looked like she couldn’t have been more annoyed to be there. I stayed here with my husband and kids for a family funeral and I have to say the only saving grace of this hotel is your front desk, they need a raise. The hotel is old and worn down. Immediately upon entering the room it had an old musty smell and there were stains on the couch and curtains. Carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned let alone replaced since the building opened. My tv wasn’t working and when the maintenance man, an older white gentleman, finally came up to take a look he fiddled with a few wires and tried th... read more
