front of shop is showroom and ladies there very friendly. however the service in the back of the shop is appalling. i had a leak and brought the offending item to make sure the replacement would be exactly right. the old guy in the back barely gave me ten seconds of his time. he handed me something and he had only checked one end. i asked if other end is universal? he said no and gave me a different item. took it home and it didn’t fit. went back next day and he didn’t apologise and instead asked me pointless questions and t... read more
I bought a full ensuite through Diane and Cheryl two years ago. They were very helpful with suggestions and styles and gave us plenty of time to choose. Great also to support a local small business. They also assisted with 2 successful warranty claims for small faults since install. Would highly recommend the ladies at courtyard bathrooms!!
Well priced bathrooms and lots of items on display and well lit.
Supplied wrong part and wouldn't exchange for correct part said he didn't accept returned spares £78 down very poor service
