This place is a disaster, there's no requirements for a certification to work here, so anyone who can pass a background check can work and pass medicine, so naturally medicine goes missing, and when they catch the person multiple times, instead of firing them they just get suspended. There is no nurse on staff but maybe once a week. They'll call workers in to work, knowing they are intoxicated, the verbal abuse of residents is absolutely insane, The owners do not care about anything but money, when I came to them about the a... read more

Poorly managed. My dad's medicine was stolen. Police report was made. Overall, a "1" rating is a stretch.
Love the family atmosphere I have found for my mother here. Facility very clean. The owners and staff were outstanding during the moving and transitioning process. Once I returned to my home out of state, the communication has remained frequent and up to date. Mom is now settled and has nothing but good reports about how kind everyone is. Relatives who visit frequently also are very pleased.
