I just moved in here 2-21-2025. The apartment is infested with roaches. I had to bomb like hell and put borax down. There is a apartment they evicted and all their trash is thrown outside. What have I done. Hindsight. I guess I will call the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the apartment commission. The property is ran down in horrible shape. This is what I get for trying to save a buck. I don't feel safe in my home. I spent so much getting in here. DON'T MOVE HERE. IM SO MAD. The apartment is ok just these dam roaches.
Ghetto. they have bugs, mean dogs with no leash. The maintenance is terrible the staff is completely unprofessional. Last resort they make no effort to do a good job or take care of the property and people
A family member moved into this apartment complex a short time ago. At first we thought the apartment was very nice. They didn't do a great job cleaning, but no problem. We cleaned before they moved in. However, before we even got the last box unloaded, we saw a cockroach. The apartment is absolutely infested. I know my relative has personally contacted management about the issue. They said they sent someone to spray, but my relative told me they were there the 2nd time they came and the guy barely did anything and they had ... read more
First was impressed by service and quality of apartments , when looking at another unit you could tell the apartments were thrown together but was going to decide to give it a shot . Originally rent was 850 everything included but electric , deposit was 500.00, then rent jumped to 950.00 then when all final . Deposit jumped to 1800.00 and rent was 1,050 +.
