Nice apartments, decent price, nice people
The rent is listed at $765 but when you add in the little bit of utilities they "include" it ends up being over $900. You can't say something is INCLUDED if you charge for. The unit we toured had about 4 ceiling tiles missing from the bathroom where we could see leaking from the upstairs unit's plumbing. There should never be a drop ceiling in a bathroom, those tiles are porous & will soak up all the excess water & eventually you've got mold. Just stay away

This place sucks and is full of roaches....... Reply for management: that is most likely because you will have changed hands 12 times since I lived there 7 years ago. Luckily I have spoken with people who have lived there recently and have learned nothing has changed.
