These apartments are flat out not clean at all they have roaches would highly not recommend these apartments AT ALL
Difficult place to work with. They will post apartments online in many places hundreds of dollars cheaper than they really are. When you go in they said that’s the base price and it’s really $300+ more and they will waste your time.
This place sucks and is full of roaches
Living at Courtyard Apartments was an incredibly frustrating experience. The property was always trashed, and the management clearly had no interest in maintaining it or addressing issues. The people above us constantly threw cigarette butts down in front of our window, and despite reaching out, nothing was ever done. The dog park was a mess daily—full of trash and never cleaned. I applied today, along with my oldest Son, Emily and the owner were very informative and very polite! I am Hoping to get into this property as I am making a huge move for myself and my kids!
